What your purchase covers
The named buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased pack with their own classes. You may teach from the materials, make copies for the students you personally teach, and make reasonable adaptations for that teaching.
This is a whole-class licence: you do not need to buy a copy for every student in one of your classes. It is not a whole-school licence and it does not transfer to an employer, colleague or another tutor.
What you must not do
- Redistribute or resell the pack, in full or in part.
- Upload it to a public website, resource-sharing site or shared repository.
- Pass the files to another school, tutor or teacher for their own use.
- Sell, sublicense or commercially exploit an adapted version.
Please keep teacher materials, mark schemes and answer files within your own teaching. A student copy may be given to a student you teach for their learning, but that does not give them a right to redistribute it.
Ownership
Buying a pack buys permission to use it on these terms; it does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying material. The licence begins when payment is completed and applies only to the pack named in that order.
