Your 14-day cancellation right
A UK consumer normally has 14 days to cancel a distance contract. Digital content is different once immediate supply begins. Before payment, checkout requires you to deliberately tick an unchecked box confirming both that:
- you expressly consent to the digital content being supplied immediately; and
- you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day cancellation right when that supply begins.
Checkout cannot continue without that choice, and the acknowledgement is stored with the order. Once download access is made available after payment, the ordinary change-of-mind cancellation right no longer applies.
If there is a problem with the pack
Losing the change-of-mind cancellation right does not remove your statutory rights. If the content is faulty, materially not as described, or cannot be supplied, email newcastletutoring2010@gmail.com with the order reference and a short description of the problem. Martin will investigate and provide an appropriate repair, replacement or refund where due.
How an agreed refund is made
An agreed refund is returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Access to the refunded resource may then be withdrawn. Processing time after a refund is issued depends on Stripe, the card provider and the buyer’s bank.
Before you buy
Check the subject, qualification, exam board and specification shown on the listing. Purchases are offered to UK customers only. The resource licence explains permitted classroom use, and the trader-details page identifies the seller.
